Innov8 was delighted to work alongside Timothy Lee of PLY DESIGN, to create one of Belfast’s leading business centres in Centre House, Belfast.

The space includes 90+ workstations, break space, meeting pods using natural wood tones throughout.

Who We Are


The space features a strong brand palette, and Innov8 were able to source and supply complimentary seating with matched-in RAL colours and fabric to continue the highlight colours through the Loose Furniture.

The central spine in the common areas features a snaking variation of informal working and meeting zones, with coordinated loose furniture throughout.
