Our latest project with long standing clients, Catalyst, is a special one! Their latest city-centric campus is a partnership between the innovation incubators and global innovators Deloitte, found on the Ground floor of a newly refurbished Ewart warehouse.

A Space To meet

Throughout the space, a variety of acoustic pods provide flexible, informal meeting areas for co-working members, while discreet acoustic phone booths offer privacy for calls and focused conversations.


These elements have been carefully styled to complement the overall design scheme—featuring earthy terracotta and natural green tones that harmonise beautifully with the exposed brickwork and heritage green accents on the original steel structures.

As part of the newly refurbished space, a contemporary café now serves the co-working community, providing a welcoming spot for casual meetings and recharging.
